4th Annual Tomato Plant SaleThe F.B. Peck Hose Company is pleased to announce its 3rd Annual Tomato Plant Sale to be held Saturday May 17 starting at 8am, pre-orders are available. All plants are locally grown. Tomato varieties available are: Amish Paste, Big Beef, Brandy-Wine and Celebrity. All tomato varieties are available in 4” pots, Celebrity and Big Beef also come in 1 gallon pots. There will be two pepper varieties available in 4” pots: Ace and Carmen. The Northside Fire District is home to the F.B. Peck Hose Company. We are a volunteer department that strives to deliver the highest level of response to the residents of our District and our neighboring communities.
Our department is led by Chief Dan Sheffer and Assistant Chief Shawn Gilbert. They have come to their positions with many years of service, advanced training, and a variety of professional backgrounds.
At present, we respond to roughly 200 +/- fire, rescue and emergency medical calls per year. By utilizing training, proven tactics and appropriate technology, Northside Fire District provides professional and effective protection to more than 4 square miles and 4,000 residents.
